Our portal solutions for plant construction are individually adaptable and provide comprehensive and efficient services: complex spare parts information, customer-specific spare parts data and relevant documents.
The data (parts lists, exploded views, etc.) is imported via interfaces (ERP, PLM / PDM) or manually entered by using our editorial system. The user can navigate through product groups and product subgroups with integrated variant matrix. Product images are visualized directly in standard image formats with high-resolution using a deep zoom engine. A plug-in-free integration of interactive 3D objects is also possible.
For our customers and projects in plant construction it is possible to differentiate between order, line, customer and machine. This offers the opportunity to efficiently and clearly map visibilities on an international level. Using different user groups and login variants, users are granted different rights: The headquarters defines all data, prices and availabilities, manages companies (national organizations, direct traders) and users, and receives an overview of all orders.
