Schulthess scores with new online service portal
The innovative online portal of the Swiss company Schulthess Maschinen AG focuses on improved service for its technicians and dealers: After an authorized login, the user can access all essential information material and use the interactive online spare parts catalog developed by door2solution with its numerous additional features. The access to the parts catalog is also possible via all common mobile devices.
For optimal presentation of products door2parts, the software for interactive spare parts catalogs, was embedded. door2parts is used to easily visualize the structure of machines across all levels down to the smallest parts. Through the integrated Web Content Management System, parts lists from the existing ERP system are automatically imported and hot-spot technology links each individual part with the appropriate article data.
Since the launch of the new service portal, there has been an increase of spare parts orders - the company is convinced of its new solution:
